Refund Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Overview
Dr. Victor is operated by ArtArray Company Limited. Subscriptions bought on the web are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle handles billing, invoices, and refunds for those orders. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple. We want you to be happy with the Service, and we stand behind it. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge — your first payment or any renewal, on a monthly or an annual plan — for any reason. You do not need to justify the request.
After the 14-day window we do not refund the remainder of a billing period. You can cancel at any time: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days on a monthly plan or unused months on an annual plan.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Where your local consumer-protection law gives you additional or non-waivable rights — for example the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom — those rights apply and override this policy.
Changing Plan
When you change plan, the new plan and the amount you pay take effect according to the billing terms shown to you at checkout before you confirm. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; we do not refund the difference for the cycle already paid for.
Service Outages
In the event of an extended service outage (defined as more than 24 consecutive hours of complete unavailability), we may issue a prorated credit to affected accounts at our discretion. Brief interruptions or degraded performance do not qualify for credits or refunds.
Account Terminations
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, you forfeit any remaining subscription period and are not eligible for a refund. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to any violation on your part, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
How to Request a Refund
Web subscriptions (billed by Paddle)
Paddle is the merchant of record for web orders and handles refunds directly. You can request one in any of these ways:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle purchase-confirmation email.
- Use the support link shown on your Paddle receipt.
- Go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”.
iOS subscriptions (billed by Apple)
Purchases made inside the Dr. Victor app are billed by Apple and refunds are governed by Apple’s policy. Request them through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can also contact us directly
Email mail@drvictor.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your Dr. Victor account.
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
- Web subscriptions: cancel at paddle.net, or use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt.
- iOS subscriptions: on your device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dr. Victor.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
